The Punch reports that there is heavy security deployment at the presidential election petition tribunal and other dark spots in Abuja, ahead of the delivery of judgment on election petitions, today. The newspaper says the federal government and leading road construction companies may clash over the decision to dump asphalt for concrete technology.
